Layla’s Ear Shop does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products.

All products are shipped through USPS First Class shipping. Orders with several items may be shipped through USPS Priority Mail which includes $100 of insurance. Layla’s Ear Shop is not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Any such inquiries must be handled through the USPS damage claims service. If your product arrives damaged, you may file a claim with USPS directly.

All orders are made by hand and QC tested prior to shipping. Please allow at least 7 business days for fabrication, more for custom orders. Most orders are delivered within 3 weeks of order placement – this is neither a shipping estimate nor a guarantee, but a guideline to provide a reasonable expectation for our average order. If you need an order sooner than that, you may request it directly but due to our custom fabrication process, we can not guarantee a specific arrival date. Peak seasons include early summer (May-June) and Q4/Holiday season (Sep-Jan). Increased orders during peak seasons may increase fabrication time and shipping estimates.

Layla’s Ear Shop will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute any private information including, but not limited to: name, email, address, order/payment information, etc. Any information provided will only be used for the purpose of the sale and accurate shipment of products.
